Booking Conditions

1/ Confirm the booking by returning both copies of the Booking Form signed and completed together with the specified deposit. No booking will be confirmed until we have received the form and deposit, and we have notified you of the acceptance of the booking in writing.

2/ A deposit of £75.00 per week is payable on booking and this is your booking fee. If we are unable to accept your booking this fee will be returned in full.

3/ The balance of the monies due is payable 6 weeks before arrival. Where a booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival the full rental is payable when booking. You are responsible for the balance of the rental. No further reminders will be sent.

4/ In the event of you cancelling the holiday forty-two days or more before the date of arrival the booking fee is forfeited. If you cancel within forty-one days of your arrival date you will be liable for the full balance due unless we can re-let the property.
We strongly suggest you take out holiday insurance to cover the eventuality.

5/ The main condition of acceptance of any booking is that good care is taken of the property and contents, and it is left clean and tidy, as you will find it. A security deposit of £50.00 is payable with the final balance and will be totally refunded if no damage, breakages or spillages occur. You should be aware all damages and breakages are the responsibility of the guests and their costs shall be refundable on demand.

We aim to provide high quality clean accommodation and we would ask your co-operation to keep it this way. If you wish us to arrange final cleaning on your behalf, this can be arranged at a cost of £25.00. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit if the property is NOT left clean & tidy.

6/ If there should be any cause for complaint or accidental damage this must be reported to the Owner immediately otherwise the matter cannot be fully investigated. It is too late to report it after the holiday. We want you to enjoy your holiday on the Island. If we can help in any way please contact us.

The owners reserve the right to gain access to the property at any reasonable time and to terminate your accommodation if it should cause excess nuisance to surrounding properties.

7/ No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during your holiday to the Tenant or any member of the party, or invited person or any vehicle and its contents or any possession of the Tenant or any member of the party.

Any liability on the part of the Owners to any Client arising in any way out of the booking shall be limited to actual amount paid by the Client and shall in no case include any consequential loss or damage.

8/ Holidays are from Saturday to Saturday and start from 2.30pm on arrival day until 10.30am on departure day. These times may be flexible, please enquire. We ask you to please leave the property as clean and tidy as possible. Short break dates are by arrangement.

9/Prices are fully inclusive of V.A.T., electricity, gas and oil. All linen is provided, including kitchen and bathroom towels. The towels provided are for use in the property only. If you require beach towels please bring them with you.

10/Bedding will be changed weekly and will be collected and laundered. Fresh linen will be available. Household cleaning materials are provided with the exception of laundry products. Vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities are provided.

11/ Data Protection Laws (GDPR May 2018). DATA PROTECTION: We only retain the contact information you provide during the booking process for the minimum period necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations for tax purposes. We never share that information with third parties and we never use it for marketing. For more information please contact us.

We regret pets are not allowed and we ask you please not to smoke in the property.
