Tour the Isle of Man online

Edd Gollan Geayee is an original detached Manx stone barn and was converted during the spring of 2001. The transformation has been a great success for our guests and now provides comfortable accommodation for your holiday in the Isle of Man.

We are situated near the centre of the Island adjacent to the hamlet of St Marks. The barn is surrounded by farmland in a rural area and across the yard from the farmhouse, occupied by ourselves. There is ample parking for several cars.

Local Facilities and attractions.

The village of Ballasalla is 3 1/2 miles away and contains a Post Office, chemist, a few small shops, petrol station, newsagents, restaurant and a public house serving bar meals.

Castletown is about 5 miles away and boasts bigger better shops, together with more public houses, restaurants and the medieval fortress of Castle Rushen.

Douglas, the Islands capital and main seaport, is 6 miles away and has all major shops and facilities. Ronaldsway Airport is approximately 4 miles from the Barn.

We also have an online tour of the Isle of Man to give you an introduction to it's unique qualities.

Public transport is limited to the occasional bus into the main towns stopping at St Marks. However the narrow gauge steam railway runs from Douglas with stops at Ballasalla and Castletown before terminating in Port Erin.
