Edd Gollan Geayee is a converted barn, originally constructed in 1891. Ample parking is available immediately outside the property with good lighting, including PIRS which illuminate with movement.
The property is over two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and the kitchen and living area upstairs. Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase. Edd Gollan Geayee is fully carpeted, except for the kitchen area which has hard flooring.
There is one step downstairs, as you enter the double room. The passageway/hall from the front door is narrow.
The bathroom is compact with a shower situated over the bath. No handrails are available.
Service dogs are accepted.
There is no hearing loop system, however there are no immediate neighbours (with the exception of ourselves), so there is no problem with raising the TV or radio volume.
The property is regretfully not suitable for full time wheelchair users due to the structure and design of the building.
